AT&T: What features are in RingCentral but not in AT&T Office-at-hand?

As of 6/14/15 I learned that voice transcription is included in all RingCentral plans but not in AT&T OfficeAtHand (OAH) accounts.

Please provide a complete side by side  list of all features in RingCentral but not in AT&T OAH, and what, if any, cross implementation dates are planned.

As a broader question, will AT&T continue to function as a restricted version of RingCentral or will the two products be brought into functional parity?

Danno is basically correct.  I don't think there will ever be exact parity, and RC does not publish anything side-by-side comparison information.  If there are any features that you are looking for you always have the option of speaking with someone from our Sales team to go over your needs and see if there is a plan here at RC that better suites your needs.

In my experience, dealing directly with RC was more cost effective and the interface more straight forward.  The customers I moved from OAH to RC direct had a reduction in their monthly bills.

Speech to text is only available in the Enterprise version of Ring Central.  As far as a side by side comparison, that would need to be provided by AT&T since their OAH features are based on what they requested from RC.  I will add this, I originally was an OAH customer (how I found RC) and I prefer RC direct over dealing with AT&T - that's just my opinion.  http://www.att.com/smallbusiness/content/shop/applications/office-at-hand.page
