RingCentral for Windows auto update

Over the last couple weeks, I have noticed that RingCentral for Windows will not auto update, nor will it say there is a newer version if I go under Settings - About - Check for Updates.

Example: This morning I noticed that I still didn't have the "Hub" feature. I went to check the software version and it said 7.1.4 (not sure what build version other then that). I click the "Check for Update" button and it says that i am up-to-date. I downloaded the installer from the RingCentral website - now I am on version 7.2.2.15085.

My computer is currently running Windows 10 TP 10130. This Issue is also present on every computer the software is installed on in the company, currently about 10. All of which are running Windows 7 and 8.1.

Same thing with mine.  Just updated and it loaded 7.0.5.11608 and it states that is the latest software.  I know "Mike" can send a link for the most current, but agree, the RC software should provide a more reliable "check for updates" feature.

Yes, some our computers show as having the latest and we all know there is more updates available...
The only reason that I could guess is RC does not release the update for all the users at the same time, and depending to which server is connected one specific softphone, could have the latest version available or not... What is the official answer to this question friends of RC ?

Small glitch here and there, but no more then a clean 8.1 install. I will say, it is much snappier then 8.1 on my main work computer. As of now, I plan on taking advantage of the free upgrade for our entire company (all off the shelf computers/laptops).  I have had no issues with RingCentral for Windows that can't be replicated on another computer.

We have a controlled release and purposely do not send the most recent version out to all users at once. We do this in batches and it takes several weeks.  In some cases it is possible to upgrade before it's pushed. If anyone wants/needs v7.2 just reply here and I'll send the links to the email address you used when you registered on this site.

Random thought - Would it ever be possible to have the account admin control what version his/her users are able to update to?

BTW, Chris, you liking the Windows 10?  I'm afraid to upgrade since my last update from 8 to 8.1 caused issues, especially within the RC4Windows.
