I am trying to call out from PC Desktop App.

I am trying to call out from PC Desktop App. My understanding is that it should go directly VOIP out of the computer, but instead it routes to my cell phone. Also I did not get the same dial pad when downloaded as the instructions show.

To make outbound calls you must have a digital line available for your Desktop Application.

Thank you very much. Since I have poor cell reception, RC will not aid in cleaning the communication unless I get a digital line to the desk and go VOIP.

What about using WiFi (in case if you have it) with your cell instead of the Data from your provider ?

I can't dial out with my Soft phone, I only have the RingOut option in my settings, and the software is updated to the latest version. How do I dial out??

Hi Vlad, There could be a couple things going on here.  First do you have a digital line for this particular user and are you or they logging in with that number?   Also, You can install the RC Desktop on multiple computers, but, the softphone itself can only be associated with one computer at a time, otherwise only RingOut will be available.  If you have the SoftPhone installed and associated with a different computer, you can log into your account online and deauthorize that computer, and then authorize the other computer.  Reply back here and let us know if you still have problems.

Thank for the quick reply Mike, we have the full VOIP service with physical and software phones. In the list of Devices, there are no softphones present, so we tried to add one to assign it, but the process takes us to a checkout page asking to pay an extra 38 dollars?? Can you please check our account to see where the problem might be?
