android app not ringing

No matter what I do, I cannot get the ring central android app to ring on my cell phone, even though the setting specifically request for the incoming call to be routed first to the smartphone. All the setting are correct, tried uninstalling and logging in/out a few times. DND is not on, VOIP calling is on, the actual feature is turned on. Very disappointed.

Which extension are you logging into with the android app? For example, if you are logging in as extension 101 but you have the digital number assigned to extension 102, it won't ring UNLESS you have your cell phone also listed as a forwarding number.

The best thing to do is log in with the DL# for that user, and not the main number + extension.  Also make sure wifi and/or data are turned on.

Tudor - did Jan's troubleshooting get you up and running?  Always use your direct digital line (no ext number) to log in. :-)  Thx Jan for your support here.

I am the only user, I only have one extension. How should I log in? I believe I only have one log in which is the main number. I also have a DL but how do I log in with that? Same password?

My number is from Canada, not sure if that matters or the feature is not available in Canada?

Yes...log in with your digital line number and use the same password. The extension number is optional and does not need to be entered.
