faster call forwarding

when i get my calls forwarded to my cell phone, is there a way to get rid of the "press 1 to accept this call" when i answer the call on my cell?

Yes,  Go into your Settings online > call handling & forwarding > incoming call information.  For Play Announcement before connecting turn it to Never. 

Note: voicemails will go to your cell phone voicemails instead of RingCentral system with this turned Off.

Hey Kim, I have this setting turned off (as you described above) but the caller goes to my RC VM if I don't answer the call on my cell phone.  My rings are set to 20 seconds in Call handling. Just want to make sure I'm doing it correctly, since I do want the caller going to my RC VM instead of cellphone VM - one less mailbox to check.

That depends on the carrier and how long it takes to route the call.  Some people set at 20 seconds can got to RC VM or Cell phone VM.  Just want to inform Tudor in case he absolutely does not want calls going to cell phone vm.  If someone never wants vm's to go to the cell phone, leave the press 1 prompt on :-)
