Is this possible to do with ring central. If so, which plan will allow me to achieve this?

I would like to implement a pbx / w/ a multi level auto attendant that does the following.

Welcome to  xyz.  Please listen to the prompts so we can route your call to the correct person.

To show a property. Key in the 7 digit listing ID.

Caller keys in 7 Digit Listing ID.

Auto attendant confirms the Property Address by saying the address.

Press 1 if this is the correct property.  Press 2 to reenter a new 7 Digit listing number.

Caller presses 1.

Call is transfered to the correct outside phone number associated with the 7 digit listing ID.

Done.  Of course, we will need the ability to forward to many different phone numbers.

Can this be done on ring central?

Yes this can be done.  Couple of comments:
1. You should instruct them to enter the property number followed by a #.  This will speed up the transfer.
2. The property number cant start with X11 (like 911, 411, etc.)
3.  When they press 2, it will actually send them back to the recording that says, "please enter the property number".  And again, would recommend dialing a # to speed it up.
4.  How many total property numbers/fwd to numbers do you have?

Thanks for the info. How long does it take to configure the backend. It doesn't seem complicated but every new system has a learning curve.  Do you know what plan I'd need?

Details

The number of ID's varies greatly but lets say we will have 80 IDs by next week. We add new ID's and remove IDs at a rate of about 3-6 per week, sometimes less, sometimes more. Hard to predict.

~60 of them will be forwarded to 3 specific phone numbers.

~20 of them will get forwarded to 20 different numbers.

If you want, you can reach out to me at dan@teleadvice.com and we can discuss in more detail.  I have several real estate companies as clients, so very familiar with the listing needs.  I'm on EST.  You?

Thanks but I don't want to consume your time. I am just looking to know if the above is possible without overcomplicating things which phone systems often do.
