Be aware! read agreement carefully before signing! its not what they tell you.

Be aware! horrible experience working with RingCentral.  The sale people are directed to sale no matter what. Then the costumer get trapped.

About 3 months ago I called RingCentral sales department and was interested in transferring our Office on Hand Account to your company.
We are a small business and I explained to the representative that we are not sure for how long we are going to use the account, therefore he suggest we will rent the phone and if thing are not going right we can always downgrade cancel the 3 digital lines associated with the account and return them. That's what we did. We closed our office and no longer need the phones.
I called and ask to downgrade - your reps telling us we under contract and therefore can't downgrade and the rental phones are also under contract so we cannot return them also. I never had thought that RingCentral will try to lie to us like that. I believed you are a reputable company that care about your costumers.
I call every day send emails NO ONE willing to work with us or understand and Now they had suspended our account.

Technically you are right, but most of the time you are willing to trust in the words of the other side...

I agree! Powerful lesson! Don't trust anyone. I guess it legit to lie to costumers.
