Several months ago I cancelled my Ringcentral account and moved to a different voip provider. When I was with Ringcentral, I bought a Polycom vvx 310 from Ringcentral and now I want to use it with my new provider. However, something is not right and cannot use it with my new provider. My new provider provided me with all the SIP credentials I needed to enter into the phone and get it started. However, when I enter it into the phone, nothing happens. I go into the settings and see that in the network settings it for some reason says it's connected with ringcentral information but I am no longer with them.
My question is, how can I remove/delete/unlock from Ringcentral and be able to enter another companies SIP credentials so I can use it with my new provider?
