Fax: how to track if a fax is forwarded?

When a fax is received and then forwarded to an email address, there is no way to track this forwarded message. If an employee says they never received a fax there is no way to go back and confirm the message was sent.

Hi Stacy, Are you talking about manually forwarding an email containing a copy of the fax?  If so, most email clients will have options to request Delivery, and Read notifications such as this one in Outlook.
