HUD in Desktop App

We just updated our RingCentral Desktop app. The HUD option to add contacts is available for some users, but not for others. Is there an additional setting we need to enable? The specific user I am referencing is an administrator. I receive the following error. "Warning: Cannot add extension to the list due to the system limitation of 0 monitored extensions." Thank you!

Hi Jennifer, can you confirm if they have all updated to version 7.2.3 ?

Yes. The current version is 7.2.3.15090.

Sorry for the confusion.  This feature is in version 7.2.3.   We started pushing it out on a small number of accounts, but found a few quirks that need fixed before it goes out to everyone. We will likely have a hotfix in the next week or two. If you try to update it right now, the system will tell you, "you are already on the latest version".  Check back with us in about a week or so and it might be ready.

That is interesting. It works on some computers, but not others? Just want to confirm.

I don't have enough data to confirm yet, but did all of your users update to 7.2.3?  If so the option should at least be available in the application.   If not we'd like to know which users had the problem and you can open a case to report this.

Not everyone has completed the update yet. I updated two users yesterday and one worked and one did not. Our IT updated his computer and it worked fine for him. Everyone is supposed to update this week.
