Please show the name of the recipient on the email fax confirmations.

Fax confirmation: We need to have the name of person we faxed come through in the e mail confirmation. This worked in the old software. We send out one document to 30 + people & yet we only see fax #'s in the confirmation no name!!! It takes a half hour just to match names from outlook to the fax #'s to confirm all companies we sent to.  I have called & called--going on 5 months.  They confirm it is a issue but still have not corrected it.  Please help!!!

Our engineering team is currently implementing the fix for this issue now with a planned release in 7.4.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Fax confirms from the softphone do not show the NAME.. There is a spot for NAME and we enter a name when we FAX but the confirm has a blank NAME  We send multiple 2 page faxes to the same number daily and we need a way to decipher which confirm goes to which fax?
