The admin password on IP321 is not 456

I have a Polycom IP 321.  Evidently someone changed the admin password from "456" to some other number.  How do I discover what this number is?  Can I reset this back to the default "456"?

You can try a factory reset if you wish. 

While powering up the phone, press these buttons on the dial pad until the password prompt appears

SoundPoint IP 320, 321, 330. 331, 335, 430 and 450: Press and hold the 1, 3, 5, and 7 on the dial pad at the same time.

When you factory default a Polycom the password will always be 456, because that is Polycom's default password.
