4-6 Second Delay when Forwarding Calls to Cell Afterhours
When I get calls from customers afterhours, when the phones have all been simply forwarded to my cell phone, there is a solid 4-6 second delay between when they speak and when I hear them. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on a solution?
Under <Call Handling & Forwarding><After Hours>, I've selected <Unconditional Forwarding> and entered a cell phone number there. I just tried changing it to <Forward Calls> and will see if that helps tonight. Thanks.
