How to listening to someone's call without Call monitoring feature

Other than Call Monitoring if there is a way we can have this employee connect to some of the other brokers phone call so that he can listen in from time to time for learning purposes, like
1. an alternative be to have one of the extra phones available for him to plug into someone else phone to listen in
or
2. , are there any types of headsets where a supervisor can listen into the call of someone they supervise

On #1, have you considered call recording?  On #2, there are several headset options.  They are commonly referred to as "Y Adapter Trainer".

You are my hero!  I have been told by out Wireless Manufacturer (Logitech) that something like this does not exist.  So I am definitely going to give this a shot!

And then let us all know if it works - ok?.  Usually when a sales rep/manufacturer says 'it doesn't exist' that is simply code for "we don't have it".  And Communities such as this are much better sources for information.

I have already ordered ($39.95) and it's on its way ($11 Ground Delivery).  I will definitely keep you posted.  While the Call Monitoring feature for Ring Central would have been perfect, apparently we do not have the Premium Account type required to access this feature :-(

Hi Champion- just FYI, this option does not work for wireless phones, but they have another option.  Unfortunately, the secondary option does not work with OUR wireless headsets.  So- back to upgrading our service.
Thanks for the effort!!
