Worst Customer Support Experience So far ...

Just got off the phone with someone from OFF SHORE , the guy on the other end was talking so slow it put me to sleep and ended 45 min of diatribe with him saying he cant help me and i have to call another number, did not have the patience to find out which number or who...seriously some body tell me if there is another company I can switch to ..this is not the first time , a month ago had a mind numbing experience over the chat and no resolution to my problem. My calls gets forwarded to the cell phone instead of ringing the desk phone first..and it doesn't do it all the time, only 9 out of 10 times. I think it is the adapter that needs replaced but cant confirm it with any of the jokers they have for customer support!

You are not sorry and your sorry does not do any good ! no...i dont , how is that you can help when the supposed technical support cant. Where were you when i wanted help in the first place, need less to say I am a little pissed of how ringcentral siphons $65 off my account every month and when a issue needs resolved i have to call and come here and plead for help you SUCK!

Hello Sam, with all due respect, this is the first post you've made to the Community, so I would have no way of knowing what your issue is, or that you even had a problem. If you still need assistance, or would like to explain the issue I'll be happy to look into this to see what I can do, or escalate the issue to someone who can help.

Mike, I do not expect you to know my issue and it is frustrating that I was not able to get thru to a customer support on phone and you are asking me to explain myself over this forum. My anger is not aimed at you and sorry if i came across unconventional. Tell me this, If i called the 1-800 number for customer support and he cant direct me to some one who can help, you are going to do his job. Why have that useless customer support in the first place WASTING my precious time. I have explained my issues twice, once via chat and once this morning on the phone , you want me to do that for a 3rd time in this forum? Let me ask you something, would you like to be the person on this end trying to explain your self all over 2,3 times before you can get any answers? I tell you what, give me a contact to an English speaking customer support here in States.
