Do Dial In participants now count against the Limit for Video Participants????

We have been using Ring Central for about three months. When we first enabled the system, I knew there was a lime on the Video Conference participants, but we were able to have additional participants dial-in. Did Ring Central recently change that a Dial-in now counts against the limit?

There are two different numbers (therefore two different platforms) to call into for conferencing; one for audio (760) 569-7171, and one for video/audio/desk sharing [RingCentral Meetings] (424) 203-8420.  Whereas the audio is truly unlimited, the RingCentral meetings does have a limitation of attendees based on the plan you subscribe to.
