I installed the latest software update to the Desktop App. Now when I try to log in it tells me "Invalid Credentials" so cannot log in.

Hi Scott, Where did you do the download from? Did you log into your account and download it from under the "Tools" menu like shown below, or did you get the link from another source?

Yes, I downloaded originally from under the tools menu months ago and have not had any problems. I have been using the app for some time now. This was just the latest update when I opened the app.

If your same credentials works fine with the RingCentral Website, check the country chosen in the desktop app, sometimes we didn't notice that is pointing to a different country...

I am able to log in fine on the website and mobile app. Just not the desktop app. Double checked the country and still no luck.

Not sure if this applies to you or not, but I had to De-authorize the softphone under my extension (via portal), but I did it before I updated.
