Our problem is the administrator left so none of us can log into our account to make admin changes. ReingCentral has been unwilling to work with us as we do not know the security question nor the credit card used for the system. The employee who left cannot be located so we are stuck. Again - repeated calls to RingCentral result in them telling us they cannot help us as we do not know the security question. This is unbelievably poor customer service and has left a busy medical center with incomplete fax services. Note: This conversation was created from a
