Hi David, That does sound a bit high. What version of RC Desktop are you currently running?

Hi Mike, currently using 7.2.4.15096 (updated yesterday) this issue with the high usage was also happening when I was using the other version 7.0.5
i checked today with a colleague and she was running at 239,656k which i also thought high but tbh I think i ould be happier with her usage than mine.

I'll need to do a little research to see what range is normal. Mine is at 452k and I'm not seeing any lag so it could be something else, or a combination of things.  Lets start by taking a quick look at your computer's resources.

Can you open a command prompt on your computer and type:   msinfo32  and press enter, and then take a screenshot and post it here?
