Inbound Call Tracking

We have multiple toll-free numbers and I am wondering if there is a way to see who within my office is answering the call. The Queue Activity does not show me who answered the call and the User Activity does not show me which toll-free line the call originated from.

There is no 'easy' way to do this as RingCentral is configured today - at least that I am aware of.  There are a couple of workarounds I have in place with existing clients (who don't have the Call Center subscriptions) tracking similar statistics, but it's too extensive to post and I'm at a disadvantage not knowing your exact configuration.  Reach out to the person who sold you your service and maybe they can lend a hand.  It does require creating a pass-through extension for each TF#.
