Maximum hold time to wait for an available call queue member.

What's the difference between...
"Maximum hold time to wait for an available call queue member"
and 
"Maximum time to wait for a call queue member before trying the next member"

"Maximum hold time to wait for an available call queue member"  = how long the system waits before transferring the caller to the VM.

"Maximum time to wait for a call queue member before trying the next member" = how long the call rings at the first agent before rolling to the next agent.
