We are new to ring central. We have 3 ext. Two are for phones and one is for the fax. We have three phones. We were getting an indicator on all users Yealink phone when we received a voicemail and we could check it from our phones. We no longer get an indication on our phones or can check our voicemails from the phone. We have a group set up that includes 2 ext and the messages are supposed to go to the group. Does anyone have any idea how to make the messages accessible both by listening to on the phone and accessing through the RC website?
