trouble+with+voicemail

We are new to ring central. We have 3 ext. Two are for phones and one is for the fax. We have three phones. We were getting an indicator on all users Yealink phone when we received a voicemail and we could check it from our phones. We no longer get an indication on our phones or can check our voicemails from the phone. We have a group set up that includes 2 ext and the messages are supposed to go to the group. Does anyone have any idea how to make the messages accessible both by listening to on the phone and accessing through the RC website?

Just dial the extension, interrupt the greeting with * (Star key), enter the pin number and voila!

Aha! That worked. Is there a way to get an indicator on the phone so we know we got a message? That is part of the problem. It was showing us a little envelop but now it doesn't.

Depending of the model of the phone, you should find a red led light, or as you said, an icon as envelope, indicating there is a voicemail waiting to be reviewed. If not indicator means no message.

That's the conundrum. We will get a message. We will get an email letting us know, but nothing on the phone lights up and there is no envelope? So we've ended up missing message because I didn't realize we had any-but they were on the computer.

(also, thank you so much for the help. I have been struggling so much because I am not very tech-y)
