Voicemails fail to play in Windows Desktop App

Voicemails download (only, no play in web option, stupid) and play fine - they are MP3s. I would expect no issues. But, they do not play in Windows Desktop App./

Hi GW PR, 

The voicemails should indeed play in RC Desktop.  Can you tell us specifically what you are experiencing?  In the RC Desktop app, if you click the envelope to go to the Messages screen, then click voice, click the message you want to hear, you should see an audio player open up and you just click the small play arrow.
