Dialed extension id with desktop app

I have several tracking lines across the internet.   With the softphone, we could tell which number they were calling because the name came up on the screen.  That doesn't happen with the desktop app.  When you have several tracking numbers, is there a way to tell which number they are calling with a short text description?  I know the number shows at the top of the phone, but it's impossible to memorize all the numbers.
Any help would be appreciated.  My account rep told me I would have to set up a separate ring central account for each tracking line, which sounds ridiculous when you have 50 plus lines.

Yes.  How do companies with multiple incoming ad tracking lines keep them separate?  Things always worked well with the Softphone, but now they don't.

It really depends on what you are trying to do.  Can you explain more about your internal processes?  Do your phone reps need to adjust their greeting or script based on what number was dialed, or are you just looking for statistical information?  If it's the latter, then you might be able to get the data you need from the Call Logs.  If you can give us a more thorough description of your needs then we can try to give you some better guidance.

Hi Benjamin,  If I understand you correctly, I believe your account rep is correct. There are settings to display the "called number" but your issue is that there are too many numbers to display and memorize, is that correct?
