Name on screen of Desktop Phone

Using a Cisco 303, why sometimes when we are dialing someone (internally) it shows the Name of the User of the Extension that we are trying to call and sometimes only shows the Extension # ?

Have you validated the programming under OUTBOUND CALLER ID portion of programming?

Yep, the extension that I'm calling to have that check box marked...

Is there a specific case number you are referring to?

No, is not a case/ticket number yet, I'm saying this comment is wrongly marked as "answered"... The system mark automatically when someone replay or you are who put this mark ?

Status's on the Community don't automatically change so it was probably done in error. For your issue someone will probably have to look at the account. Go ahead and open a case and in the case provide the numbers you are dialing from and too so someone can look at all the settings.

This is the picture, when I dial an extension # the screen should be showing the name or I'm wrong ?
I like better to share the issues thru the Community instead opening a case...

Claudio, for this instance, please open a case and provide the details requested above. There are various incoming and outgoing caller ID settings so someone may need to look at both accounts and/or numbers to see how they are setup. Also our support team has a lab with the various phones that we sell so they will be able to troubleshoot this for you.
