Fax: Sender's Name on Cover Page

How do you change the fax sender's name to the user that is sending fax rather than the administrator's name?

Thanks,
EmJay

EmJay,  If you log in to the main number plus one of the 9 extensions, the fax will show that it's from the name assigned to that extension.

The fax sender's name is based on the name of the extension they are assigned. When they log into the RC Portal using their extension and click on the "Fax Out" icon (on the far right of the main menu, under the "Log Out" icon), the fax will use their extension name. Likewise if they send out a fax under their own extension using the Desktop app or mobile app.

Our doesn't see to be working like this.  As the super admin, all the faxes are showing up from me.

If you have any other extensions set up, log in to one of them and it should do as Jan explained above.

I have this exact same problem. The Super User appears as the sender when sending the fax from email. So there is no logged in user. It *should* be using the information provided in the settings for the extension.

Cory,  Do you have the same email address for the Super Admin in the Outbound Fax Setting for another user/ext on the account.  I just tested this from another extension and it does not use the Super Admin's info.

Log into the web portal and check each user's outbound fax settings to see what email address is set up.  I'm guessing the email address you are sending from is also the Super Admins?

I am doing Send As from Outlook using the mailbox associated with the extension. There are no other emails configured to allow sending fax from this extension.
