Call forward when on the phone

Is there anyway to have my calls automatically forwarded to my call group if I am on the phone, rather than waiting for it to ring and then be forwarded?

Hi Stephanie,   You may want to set up a RingGroup as shown on this page:  Customizing the Call Handling & Forwarding Feature Under User Hours

If this doesn't work, or help, tell us more about your existing setup and how you want it to work.
