My office has just installed new Polycom VVX410 IP phones which are still being set up.
I use a Mac with CRM software called Daylite. Daylite is integrated with a third party application called Phone Amego, which supports Polycom VVX IP phones. Phone Amego is able to log all my calls and record the details in Daylite. This makes it easy for me to keep a record of all calls received for every file of mine, take notes during the calsl, and have a time record per call.
Phone Amego has specific instructions for configuring the VVX410. However, because I don't have access to the applications page of my phone ["you have not configured a home page for this feature, please consult with your phone administrator for assistance"], I cannot do this myself.
The installer suggested I contact you to see whether you can help me with this. I have specific well-documented instructions for the configuration, which look easy to me but which I can't implement.
I and one assistant are the only users in my office who use this software, so this involves only two phones.
Is it possible to do what I need done? Thanks for your help with this.
