On my ringcentral desktop app, in the right top corner it says " Calling Unavailable " Please help

Matheus,  this is usually an indication of a connection failure or ISP issue.  But in the meantime, try to logout & close, deauthorize your PC under Phones & Numbers, and re-launch.  Make sure version is up-to-date 7.2.4

how do I re-launch and update the new version?

to re-launch just open it again and the select Settings > About >Check for an update.
