When we receive calls, either me using the RingCentral App on my iPhone or another person's cell phone by way of forwarding and the calls are horrible. They are choppy, they break up, we talk over each other. It's all very frustrating. Many time we can't hear each other and I have to hang up and call from my cell using my regular service provider and block my number. Is anyone else have this issue? What can be done as its really hard to communicate and frustrating to use the app. I find myself using a landline or my personal cell and blocking my number which defeats the purpose of RingCentral. Any thoughts and advice would be greatly appreciated.
