We have a few employees here (me as of recent), who are missing calls without having a ring. The desk phone does not ring AND does not even show a missed call. I see I missed a call by my email telling me I have a new missed call. Whats going on here? It isnt even forwarding to my cell phone as it is set up to ring 20 seconds desk, 10 seconds cell, and then VM.
This does not happen on all calls... but in my industry, that ONE could be THE ONE.
