Can I transfer a ringcentral number from 1 account to a new ringcentral account?

I'm wanting to transfer one of my ringcentral phone numbers from my account to a friend's account. It seems it should be quick and easy but I wanted to confirm before we tried calling in or submitting a support ticket.

Hi Thomas.  You'll want to contact your account manager for this. They should be able to assist you with the process.
