Incoming call: multiple tabs are opened on Mac client

I've configured a RingCentral for Mac client to launch a URL on incoming call.

The problem is that the URL is opened once for each ring. If the phone rings 5 times before being answered, we'll get 5 new browser tabs.

How can I set it so that only one browser tab is opened on an incoming call?

I did some homework on this, you'll need to open a web case and it will be escalated to the right team.
