My phone says it is offline...how do I get it back online?

In most cases, you can simply unplug, the phone for a few seconds and plug it back in and let it reboot. Make sure your internet is not down first of course.

It's almost the same process for both Polycom and Cisco phones. Here are instructions for both.

ok, At this time, please open a webcase with Support for further troubleshooting.  Please provide them with the SN and the IP address.  Post the Case # here and I'll follow up with the case owner.

Is the phone pulling an IP Address?

How would I check that? I guess it's not because when I log in to RC from the PC I always use it says it doesn't recognize this computer and I have to enter a 4 digit code.
