Reason for Outage: RFO Report

This information is available to current customers. You can request an RFO report by either opening a support case, or send an email to community.support@ringcentral.com 

Just ask for the "RFO Report"

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Phones Down. My whole office can not call out?  I have tried calling Ring Central and I get a busy signal.  Anyone else having this issue?
