I want to cancel my account, but it does not let me log in because the account shows as deactivated/suspended
I am in the military overseas at this time. I signed up for your faxing service because I had an urgent fax that needed to be sent, but after submitting all of my payment information, you say that my account is not activated and requires me to send in more information that I believe you need to authorize this. Due to this issue, I'm not able to sign in to cancel this account because it's treating it as a deactivated/suspended account and does not recognize any information I type in. If the account for (808) 800-4136 isn't canceled before the billing date around 13 SEP 2015 on card ending in -6403, then I will contact my bank to block your charge because you give me now way to cancel this while overseas. Do not tell me to call in unless you're willing to pay for my international minutes. I also have 2 emails that I have saved that show that I attempted to email your support department, but was rejected because your inbox is full. So if no response is given on this by the end of the month, I will be contacting my bank.
