In previous version, when a new call 'popped' up (in the APP), you could hit the REPLY key and either type in a custom reply or a canned reply. The caller could then respond (1 for yes, 2 for no, etc.) and that response would appear in the APP. It is no longer working on the new version so I opened a service ticket (#03804722) to which the tech was not sure why the feature no longer works but instructed me to add my issue to the Community - therefore my post.
