I am trying to get call hold to work correctly with a manually provisioned polycom vvx 500.
The most basic setup - factory reset and then submit sip domain, outbound proxy, user name, password and authorization id into the phones web config.
Make a call from the phone to a mobile device. Put that call on hold. Then pick up the held call. There is no one there.
Same if other phones see the white phone icon, they cannot pick up the call.
