Inbound wireless caller

I believe we are signed up for the premium package, because I can see names as well as phone numbers when clients call. When some wireless callers call in though we can only see their number. I'm fairly new to using ring central, so I'm not sure if maybe these callers have a way not to how their name or it's a feature we're not using.. thank you!! :)

That behavior is normal. Our system will display the CNAM/ Caller ID info when it's passed through, but it's not available from all wireless carriers.
