When we signed up to RingCentral, we thought "great a UK / US provider that can support our needs as we grow in both countries".
Now as try to expand our Ringcentral instance to the US, we come up against obstacle after obstacle:

- We can't have US only numbers, we have to pay for a UK number and then a virtual number
- SSO is available to US customers, but not to UK customers
- Calls in the US can't be included in our packages as they are in the UK
- We have to request US numbers via email, not via the web interface
