I've rebooted one phone since the
Corporate Directory feature was announced. The Directory isn't available on the phone and the phone's logs are flooded with the following error:
ldapData::ldapConnBind:ldap_x_bind_s - rc=0xffffffff <Can't contact LDAP server>The phone has picked up the following configuration from the provisioning server:
dir.corp.address=" ldaps://cd.ringcentral.com"Is there something I'm missing? I appear to be able to telnet to that address and port, so outbound connections to it are working and something is listening on the other end. If you need any additional logs, just let me know.
