Is there an easier, less time-consuming way to transfer a call from my extension (main) to my boss' extention (102)? (We are using Cisco phones) Before a recent RingCentral upgrade, I was able to press "transfer" and his extension popped up immediately; thus the transfer process was quick and smooth. Now I have to dial his extension, wait several seconds before the "operator" comes on to tell me to wait MORE seconds to transfer the call. Our clients are waiting what seems to be forever to be connected! We are in the United States and, yes, I have rebooted the phone several times since the upgrade.
