Free trial won't activate.

I signed up for a free trial a few days ago but my number still says, "not in service at this time". Today is Sunday and I really need it to work for an event this afternoon. Of course tech support is closed. Is there something I can do on my end?

Lisa, Hope you had a good weekend.

Technical support is 24/7.  Only U.S. Support has limited hours.  
Where you able to get it working?  If not, I have set this message to private - please provide your number and I will look into it for you.

What happens when you call the number for another phone - say your cell phone?
