waiting 24 to 48 hours for someone to call back on their schedule isn't working for me.....

Case # is 03878171  and we are still experiencing the issue...as a matter of fact by boss just called me into his office and said he wants to cancel and switch back to regular phone service regardless of the cost...he is VERY frustrated, as am I as I can't even speak to someone who can troubleshoot the issue for 24-48 hours. this just isn't acceptable in a business setting...24-48 hours is an eternity. and then they usually end up calling back when I've already left and can't do anything. customer service/tech support should be available when I need it not when THEY have time to call me back!!!

Thank you for the case number.  I am following up with that team now.  In the mean time, please provide your IT Dept with the router configuration setup to speed the process up.
