Case # is 03878171 and we are still experiencing the issue...as a matter of fact by boss just called me into his office and said he wants to cancel and switch back to regular phone service regardless of the cost...he is VERY frustrated, as am I as I can't even speak to someone who can troubleshoot the issue for 24-48 hours. this just isn't acceptable in a business setting...24-48 hours is an eternity. and then they usually end up calling back when I've already left and can't do anything. customer service/tech support should be available when I need it not when THEY have time to call me back!!!
