Deskphone: Flashing red light won't stop

I have deleted all messages through the desktop hand set and online through the website, but the flashing red will not turn off.  What else can be the cause and how to fix it?

Double check to see the correct port ranges are open on your router. There could be a sync problem if the router is not configured correctly.  Visit:  Network requirements?

Yes, they have all been properly configured by a ring central account setup technician.

The flashing read light can also be "missed calls".  Try clearing those too.

additionally, it seems to occur only with RingCentral automatic Msg.

For example the voice message that you have received a fax.

Vanessa, did you do a hard power cycle of your phone? Unplug the power cored for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in.  And then see if it goes away.  If not, let us know

I have a flashing red light that indicates I have a call, and it won't go off. I have tried unplugging the power to reset and the light remains. Any way to reset this as I never know if I have a new call as the light is always flashing red?

Did you clear both Missed Calls and Voicemails on hardphone and Desktop App/Mobile App?

I am not sure how to do that, as normally I just listen to the message and the light automatically goes off
