iPhone app - how do I disable "accept calls"

Possible stupid question, but not found skimming FAQs. How do I disable "accept calls" on my iPhone 6. The option is grayed out. One of those features we need to enable/disable easily.

To not get inbound calls on your iPhone app, turn off VoIP Calling.

Thanks, also, how do I change the iPhone ringtone for calls that come in through RC?
