How do I forward my 800 number without any greeting from ring central. I just want it to go straight to my desk phone?

Depends greatly on how the 800 number is set up on your account.  Is it your main Ring Central number?

First thing you might what to check is under your Call Handling, for your extension, under Incoming Call Information, make sure you have the "play announcement before connecting" set to NEVER.
