1 : What version MS office do you have? 2007
2 : Were you able to complete the installation? If not, where did the installation stop? I
was instructed to uninstall softphone first - -that process quit mid way

last week I discovered my faxes were stuck in outbox
tech support told me to uninstall softphone (VER 6.x)
tech support disconnected and never called me back
I downloaded 7.X as previously suggested
I can't view my old faxes received or sent prior to August 1
I can't fax from within WORD or other applications as I could with 6.X, despite Ringcentral
still appearing on
WORD PRINT dropdowns.
Tech support agent MABEL in the Phillipines hung up on me - she had my call back number -
she was told to
have supervisor SHERWIN call me back prior to hanging up on me and to have level three in
the US call me. Neither has occurred.
I am outraged at the lack of notification of version change impact; the awful technical
knowledge by frontline personnel, my messed up documentation, the new version having less
functionality and inability to maintain

having to submit multiple webform requests and having noone contact me and solve my issues
