Is anyone else having an issue finding the Voice-mails listed on their call log?

Every month, I get a RC generated call log that I manipulate for our metrics.  This month, I am having trouble finding where the Voicemails are.  We usually have hundreds, but only 6 are showing.

Hi Regina,  There's a chance that someone may have deleted them.  If you want, we can attempt to restore the log and see if anything new shows up.  I'll change this to a private message if you want to reply back with the phone number.

LOL, that's funny Regina.  Mike does have a lot of responsibility :-) 

Individual users have the ability to "purge" their call logs too, and those will affect your reports.  We can retrieve those if needed.

Mike,
I am able to re-run a log on my side- so no need to try on your side.  I am the only one who has access to this, so I'll keep an eye out next month to see how it comes over.
