Polycom SoundStation 2W + Cisco ATA Device = Problems with # Sign

I have a Ring Central Cisco ATA device hooked to a cordless Polycom Soundstation 2W (analog) but it won't recognize when entering the "#" sign. 

Does anyone have a solution?

Is the # key broken, or just not working? RingCentral uses the # key for internal commands. So you wont be able to dial # to call your cell phone voicemail for example.
